About

I am an award-winning artist specialising in the Alla Prima watercolour technique. I celebrate the transformative power of creativity, using my art to inspire others to embrace their unique potential and authenticity. I collaborate with local organisations and across London, using creative expression as a tool for healing, reflection and personal growth.

Through my curated exhibitions, I have also brought attention to important social issues, including mental health and domestic violence. As a lived-experience artist, my journey reflects my unwavering belief that art can foster personal transformation and drive meaningful change within the community.

I have completed the Art Therapy Foundation Course with the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT), which has given me additional knowledge of art therapy approaches and a deeper understanding of the relationship between creativity and emotional well-being.

The sessions are accessible to everyone and do not require any previous artistic experience. I am a professionally trained artist and creative wellbeing facilitator (not an Art Therapist). My sessions are not a substitute for clinical art psychotherapy or mental-health treatment, but a welcoming space where creativity can support self-expression, connection and personal growth.
